Your construction officer will order and review all title updates, examine draw documents and review lien waivers. Said officer will review all applicable lien waivers, disburse funds and issue your policy endorsement. Disbursement of funds can be effectuated at any one of Stewart's 14 closing locations.

Condominium Services

We review the condominium declaration for compliance and underwriting guidelines.

Closing Services

Closing times are guaranteed for your unit sales and, again, you can choose from any one of Stewarts 14 closing locations.
